Capital One Café

Always a joy to stop in to this Capital One Cafe and get a coffee! The staff is always incredibly nice and hospitable. The baristas always make a good drink to your exact modifications and they have rotating seasonal/holiday menus with fun drinks to try. The Cafe is always clean and orderly. This js a really convenient location right across from the Gallery Place Metro station. Ans you don't need to bank with Capital One to come and get a drink! Prices are reasonable as well. If you are a Captial One Member you get discounts on your drink. I recommend coming here and trying something.

Fun idea to be a cafe-bank. I passed by once in SF and now here I am. And the bank staff are much more friendly than most of the baristas lol. Good job with the PR (I might consider opening an account one day :D ). The verve coffee is on the fruity sweet side, interesting in cortado. Very third wave, but not too sour. Slightly larger than normal size. Not sure if the 3 pm for 3 is real or not, but I really wanted to try the (expensive) cardamom ginger spice latte. It turns out that cardamom isn’t in powder but is the very syrup. I’m so grateful that the barista making it allowed me to have the syrup on the side XD. Curiosity satisfied and coziness still achieved. Electricity and restroom available. (Oh and I can also tell my parents I’m finally working in a bank)

My visit here was very pleasant. The cafe enjoys a central location in Chinatown and offers a spacious and quiet atmosphere. The drinks are excellent, and using a Capital One card grants a 50% discount, which is a fantastic perk.

Nice space with Plenty of seating, & access to outlets and free wifi. Good mixed playlist. Friendly service (it's a lot of representatives + security who check on you regularly). Pumpkin spice latte (iced w/ oat milk) 4/5 Chai latte 3/5- real mild Chai flavor.. just okay. Ham and cheese croissant 4/5 - its good flavor -wise. A little messy to eat because of the ham is stacked and topped w/cheese on the Crossaint and I'm used to it being like folded or integrated more. So essentially you get bites of ham or a big part of bread, not really a lot of cohesive bites. Security officer on site. 50%of drinks, If you use your capital card. Big plus. Stop in and show them some love!

Mikayla started my experience out outstandingly. The rest of the staff were equally phenomenal! Safe, relaxing, and responsible in the community. Head in and chat with Mikayla - there are so many benefits to this over a standard cafe!
