Updated Review (February 2026). I swung by the Capital One Café in Brickell during this crazy cold snap, literally one of the coldest days Miami has seen in over 15 years, and it was the best decision ever. I'm pretty particular with my order, and the barista, Alejandra, absolutely nailed it. I usually go for a "not-so-lame" decaf, and she prepared a perfectly tailored experience: * Extra shots of decaf (for the flavor without the jitters!) * Oat milk & Sugar-free vanilla * A serious punch of cinnamon It was exactly what I needed to stay warm. It's rare to find someone who pays that much attention to a custom order and gets the balance just right. Alejandra is awesome. She honestly made me feel like a total Capital One VIP member. If you can get past the Capital One staff member rushing to greet you at the door, the coffee experience is wonderful. the space was comfortable and convenient. we stood outside wondering if it was a members-only perk, so being met at the door by a Capital One accounts manager was a little alarming. come to find out that members get half-off beverages. that's not nothing.

It’s been fun watching this place evolve. Somehow a random atm coffee shop became the most pinnacle spot in daytime Brickell. Nothing is more relevant than this place. Step into the crossing grounds of all statuses and walks of life in Brickell. This place is both the armpit the eyes and the ears of Brickell. All butts are equal when they sit on that communal couch or those sketchy but comforting red tables outside. But the reason I came here was to mention they actually have the 2nd best drip coffee in Brickell. This review is mostly about the delightful capital one ambassador who greeted us! We came on a Saturday morning and he gave a tour and let us know how he became a capital one ambassador. So cool! Didn’t know that was a thing until we met him. This would be five stars if the barista was happier but totally get why she was in a tude because she was all alone!! Capital one get her some help!!!

My fiancé and I have been capital one members/holders for a while but this was our first time at a capital one cafe! We had an amazing experience - Brandon immediately greeted us when we walked in and took the time to get to know us. He even bought us a coffee after learning we had just bought our first house… it made our whole day! Our drinks tasted great and it was nice to recharge and refuel there before we caught a flight. 10/10 recommend this location!
