Capital One Café

I had a wonderful experience at Capital Café. The service was warm and attentive, and the Gingersnap Latte, and matcha was delicious The coffee quality is really good too everything tasted fresh and well-made. 💙

This place is just OK. Very easy to find a spot to set up your laptop and work, this is where the place shines. But after coming here every day for a week I have some suggestions: 1. Offer Coffee in a mug. (They currently only offer in a to-go paper cup) 2. Offer water in a glass/have a water refill station. (If you ask for water they will give a small plastic cup which you will promptly throw away) 3. Enforce some rules or reminders for guests to listen to devices with headphones only. (There was a regular who kept scrolling videos with volume on every single day, about lost my damn mind)

Capital One not only distinguishes itself for delivering great banking services, but it also looks to keep everyone up and refreshed within their daily shared workspace area at their cafe stations. Their coffee options are very straightforward but also consistent, you can pick between a trendy Matcha Latte or a classic Machiatao. My personal favorite is a cappuccino with sugar-free vanilla and almond milk, foamed to the top, and cinnamon powder to a twisting notch. Their Matcha recipe is also pretty unique as it unfolds sweet notes but not too much. Another finalist item is their caramel latte with oat oat or almond milk. Just try to be very conservative with the syrup ounce so it is not too sweet. All the syrups are pretty natural (or at least they taste like it), so you can guilt-free-tr

This was hands down the best cafe and the best banking experience I’ve had in my entire life. The barista was so friendly and gave my discount with me even needing to ask. The bank associate also helped me solve my credit card issue with patience and grace. This place has made me 10x more likely to do further business with Capital One.
