Had a really wonderful experience at Capital One Café! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the Capital One agent was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciated the 50% discount on drinks for Capital One X cardholders — a great perk that made the visit even better!

Rating: 3.3/5 [take out] Came to this location for the first time for the Monday MBA free drink promo running through 09/22/25. The staff here are really friendly and chat with customers around the café, which gives it a more relaxed vibe compared to New York--even when it's busy. They recently merged with Discover, so you can get 50% off drinks when paying with a Discover card on the other days. I arrived around 2 PM and there was still a long line. It took about 15 minutes to order and another 5-7 minutes to get my drink. Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha with Soy Milk: The matcha was a deep green and filled half the cup, while the other half was the strawberry cold foam. Great place to relax and get some work done. The coffee is closer to a European style – smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet – which I really appreciate. Friendly staff and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Always checking our capital one cafe. Thankful there’s one in this location. The museum across from it was closed temporarily so my son and I came for matcha and coffee. I had matcha latte with almond milk and my son had honey lavender tea. Great drinks. But the server refused to heat up my already purchased cheese danish pastry. He said he was closing in thirty minutes and he needs to clean it. I ended up giving the pastry to the homeless. Otherwise, area was clean, there was a lady outside who was sweet and helpful. The restroom has keypad locks. Disappointed with the server. Street parking is available and may use credit card.
