Capital Musubi

Had a wonderful experience at Capital Musubi! YUM!! The interior was clean and decorated in a festive way. The menu and ordering experience is all electronic. As soon as I submitted my order, my food came out quick and fresh! I had a poke bowl with Ahi tuna and spicy salmon and it was delicious! You know something is amazing when you plan on eating half but just can’t stop yourself from finishing it… that’s exactly how it was! The kids chicken teriyaki box was also ordered and it was the perfect size for lunch the next day! Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

This spot is legit. Top notch spot for some fresh and generously portioned poke bowls. They have a great selection of all of the classic toppings and even have tamago as an option, which I don't often see. If you're like me and like getting multiple sauces in your bowls, you can always bypass the one sauce option on the kiosk by just asking them. They kindly gave me a second sauce on the side to pour in myself. If you're a wasabi lover, you'll get a kick, punch, and headbutt out of theirs. They're generous with it and I don't know what kind of wasabi they used, but it drop kicked my nostrils way harder than any other wasabi I've ever had. It was wonderful. Fresh musubi is a satisfying and tasty meal in a convenient hand held. My favorite is the Supersize California Musibi with spicy surimi! The staff here are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a quick, filling meal or when you’re on the run and need to eat on the run.

The food comes with a side of sauce, use it. Otherwise, the musubi is sort of flat in flavor. You are also not going to interact with a cashier. There's a machine you walk up to and chose your order. I didn't tip cause of that, but that's just me. Highly recommend the Bacon Mac and cheese tho. That was wayyyyyy better than the musubi
