Cape May County Library - Lower Township Branch

I’ve never had an issue with the librarians at this library from grade school to adulthood. I loved reading the teen section and Japanese manga shelf and would take out series after series. I visited two summers ago and it’s such a soothing and relaxing spot to sit down and cool off while reading a good book or even a magazine.

The library has a great selection of books, DVDs, ebooks, and even some video games. They also have computers, scanner/copier, and other amenities. However they are now operating by appointment only and will not allow you to do two tasks during the same appointment, even if you are within your allotted time.

The male head librarian was very off-putting. I asked if I could charge my battery storage unit and he refused. Every other library I ever used were very accommodating.

As an avid reader I cannot get enough of the Cape May County Library. They have a great selection of new and old books. They offer all types of classes for people of all ages. There is literally something for everyone here.

Their employees do not do there job Properly. They are always trying to charge when they didn't recheck in the movies. The one star is just because they do have good movies and games but the service is sub-par.
