Cape Cod Ocean Manor

We stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. It was very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay relaxing. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The place itself was nice and cozy, with thoughtful amenities like a small refrigerator, microwave, TV, and WiFi. The view was also really nice. We especially appreciated having breakfast items in the room, including a few types of cereal, milk, and pastries, which was a great touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We were so happy with our stay at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor. |Martin was so warm and helpful. He could not have done enough for us. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is convenient to many restaurants and the ferry terminal. Martin and Alicia were very kind and engaging. Martin even offered to drive us to and from the ferry station. We greatly appreciated that after walking so much the previous day. |This B&B had all that we needed. We stayed in Room # 4 that has a small deck and a wonderful view.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, after a mad 16 days in some big city's it was a pleasure to stay here and relax a bit. Nice big room at the back which opened up onto the big decking area with some nice views. Breakfast was simple bit more than enough to set you up for the day, i had toasted bagels with fresh jam and cream. Parking was free. Its a 10/15 walk up to the main high street where there are loads of fab bars, restaurant's and even a brewery. The owner was very helpful, thanks Martian and the 2 ladies were very helpful and friendly.

So happy I found this place. I booked because of location and reviews. I can’t imagine a better location and stay for the price. Martin and staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and roomy with a view of marsh and ocean. Loved having our own deck. I was worried about the size of the bathroom but it was just fine. Perfect Cape Cod stay!

Friendly and knowledgeable owner greets you upon arrival. Good source of local information. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a patio off the room with beautiful views of the nearby marsh. Great location, you can walk to nice park and the ocean. Multiple good restaurants on the same street. Good value for the price. Good breakfast, nice to chat with other guests. Traditional Cape Cod look.
