My husband ordered the two meat platter with brisket and chicken thighs, he absolutely loved it. I ordered the mesa macha tacos which were super fresh and not heavy, plus the green salsa was delicious. The hatch chile mac n cheese was one of the best mac and cheese dishes I ever had in my life, it added a freshness and delicious tang that makes mac n cheese not feel as heavy and enhanced the flavor. The desserts were delicious as well and the staff was very nice!

The only place open on Sunday in Bluff, Utah. Lucky for us! We weren't looking for BBQ but they have some excellent alternatives. We had Masa Machaca Tacos, Mexican Corn Salad, and Hatch Green Chile Mac and Cheese. All home runs! Great pulled pork in the tacos with fresh cabbage, cotija cheese, cilantro, and lime crema. Corn salad was delicious. Slightly sweet with a smoky chili and cumin flavor. Hatch is the center if the green chile universe, and adding them to mac & cheese takes it next level. Super friendly staf, and a no nonsense, functional, comfortable dining room, and no TVs!! Old school. Imagine dinner with actual conversation! Thanks for being open on Sunday!!

Must visit and try their brisket. It perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also have few flavor BBQ sauces. Their fries are also very very good. Best brisket I've ever had. I stayed in Moab and drove here for their brisket (don't ever bother at the Blue... in Moab)

10/10 Had a late Sunday lunch when they opened at 4pm. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly and forthcoming, and the location nested in that small town of Bluff was simply awesome! 🤩

Walked in and Vangie’s bright smile was greeting us upon arrival. Menu board was perfectly placed to order at the counter. We shared the brisket and the green chile Mac n cheese and both were VERY GOOD! All of the reviews are accurate and you should absolutely stop by. Staff and food were all around fantastic! Thank you!
