Canyon City Barbeque

The food was great to eat for takeout. I really enjoyed my brisket, & French fries. I cant wait to try my brownie & any other dessert for this amazing place. 10/10 Highly recommend.

SO Delicious! We had a group of 18 friends and everyone loved their food! Service was friendly and excellent. Definitely coming back again soon!

Exceptionally disappointed today. Their food is amazing, servers have been hit or miss, the male server we usually get is a sweetheart, and super friendly. But today was awful. We came in, it was busy, took about 20 minutes to be acknowledged, had a party of 3 people cut in front of us and the party that was there before us, instead of correcting and having them wait, and letting our party and the other have our tables, they gave ours away. No one came back to talk to us, or even acknowledge us again. After waiting 45 minutes grand total, we finally left. This was super disappointing, as we had been hyping up this spot to our friend for weeks, and had planned the day around it. I can understand being busy, but this level of unprofessionalism is not acceptable. Bummer all around.

I purchased the pork ribs and they literally fell off the bone. Macaroni and cheese with jalapeño crisps and potato salad were my sides. My sister got the brisket and said it was so tender. All in all the service was great and enjoyed my meal. I'll definitely return in the future.

Unbelievably good food. Good small selection of beers... my kid said best lemonade he's ever had. The brownie was Unbelievable as well!
