Cantina Taco Loco

Downtown Asheboro. Easy parking for lunch. Cute spot. Waitress greeted and seated us at the door. Authentic Mexican food (see the menu), with very reasonable prices. My only issue was the small votive/shot glass the lemon drop martini was served in. Looks like they gave us the shot and not the cocktail. Next time, we’ll just order margaritas. I’ll definitely be going back.

The menu on the wall is easy to read. The steak taco and shrimp was delicious reminded me of California freshness. The smell down the street was perfect. I’ll be back. I moved here from Oregon 3 years ago but born in California great experience for Ashboro👍

We absolutely love Cantina Taco Loco! We meet with friends there about once a month and always have an unforgettable experience. The tacos are delicious (my favorite is the ribeye), the drinks are great and the wait staff is friendly and professional. The vibes here is probably the best around for many miles. Eat there if you haven’t and it will become your new favorite spot!

Great little out of the way Mexican restaurant. Very authentic. Best chicken quesadilla in a 50 mile radius. Their churros were good, too. The rice and beans had flavor. Their salsa had a unique kick. The atmosphere was fun. Must check it out if you are in the neighborhood. Parking is parallel unless you get lucky on Sunset or go behind Horizon Bank and walk.

For a Street Cafe it was wonderful. The service was quick. The food was excellent. The price was reasonable. I will be back! They really deserve a 4.6 or a 4.7. The speed of service was blindingly fast! For a quick and very pleasant meal, I really suggest this little downtown Cafe. There is another near here but it is much more expensive.
