Cantina & Grille at Global Village

On the better side of RIT food, but not great. I do not like the new kiosks (I miss the social interaction), but to be honest I don't feel like the food takes longer to prepare, and they seem to have gotten my orders right every time. The ingredient quality is questionable (the veggies seem wilted and old, chicken's texture is a bit odd), but edible. I like that this place is a generally healthy option as you can get a colourful bowl of various ingredients, with comparable options being hard to come across on campus. The prices are, however, high. Here I pay 13 dollars for a burrito bowl of noticably lesser quality than a 9.50 burrito bowl at Chipotle. I am curious why the prices for everything on campus are significantly higher than other very comparable options off-campus.

Catina & Grille is one of the best restaurants on the RIT campus for students to have breakfast and lunch. I visit the restaurant twice a week, and my favorite dish is the burrito Rice Bowl. This dish is a perfect mixture of all the healthy ingredients, and they add a variety of protein, like chicken, beef, pork, etc. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent; people can work on their laptops while enjoying the food. The restaurant service is up to the mark from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. There is a huge crowd of customers at the restaurant, so your order can be delayed due to the same, but apart from that, the overall experience at Catina & Grille is excellent. I highly recommend people living in Rochester and nearby areas visit Catina and Grille and especially try my favorite dish, "Burrito Rice Bow

It was good before kiosks, after they added them my orders has been wrong twice out of the three times I’ve been. Won’t go again till they remove kiosks or fix the issues as I feel stolen out of my money

Good amount of meat and great meat quality. Also good portions.

I go here 6 days a week, so everyday they are open. They have the greatest food on campus and amazing customer service. At this point everyone who works here knows my order and gets it ready for me as soon as I walk in the door. These people are great at their job! 10/10 recommend
