Canna Country Inn

I hosted a woman’s retreat at Canna Country Inn. It was perfect! The location is right off of the highway, but tucked away in the country. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is more than well stocked! I can’t wait to host another event here next year.

Owner is not family friendly. This is the worst checkout process. There are many areas that need cleaning and change. Very dirty cushions. I wish we took some pictures to show. Lessons learned may be for future. Looks like the owner is concerned about the money and doesn't care much about the condition of the property. The owner lives in a small house behind the property, we had to text them for us to get access. They are constantly watching and complaining about our stay. It seems they did not want to host us or they do not have something to keep them busy. They were always there during our stay. No washer and dryer. There are no mats in the bathrooms. No we don’t want to stay in this house in the future. It has a horrible old house smell. We do not recommend for people with kids. Please

From the initial inquiry through checkout everything was outstanding.|My questions were answered quickly and clearly.|Making reservations and checking in was easy. Rhonda gave us a tour through the inn which was very helpful to getting to know the spacious space. The accommodations are wonderful. We were a party of 7 couples staying for the weekend with the inn all to ourselves. We had ample room. Plenty of bathrooms, plenty of hot water for all. Kitchens are well appointed. Living areas are large and comfortable. Inn was spotless. There are inviting outside gathering areas too. This is a wonderful spot to stay.

This property is an old 1850s house with many problems. From the very beginning, the landlord’s attitude toward us was unpleasant. We are multiple families of African Americans who came with our kids to enjoy a long weekend — no alcohol, no smoking, nothing disruptive — and yet we felt judged and unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The landlord lives just 20 feet away in a barn house, constantly watching us through the windows, which made the stay very uncomfortable and invasive. On our second night, we lit a small campfire around 11 PM so the kids could enjoy s’mores. Within minutes, she texted us demanding we put it out, citing a “10 PM curfew” that was communicated as 12am curfew. The way she addressed us felt racially biased, and her overall behavior toward us came across as discrim

What an incredible place. A completely renovated barn from 1850, but has retained all of its character. Rhonda is a most excellent host, very good cook, and has great communication skills. This place is perfect for a weekend romantic getaway or your special event. It has everything you need from the fireplaces, kitchens, comfy living areas, plenty of bedrooms, as well as the pool table, foos ball, full bar, sports bar basketball, card table, and many, many games & movies. A huge deck, fire pits, and 2 outdoor event sites. The rooms and the decor are exceptional. There is WiFi and satellite TV too.
