Yesterday I tried boiled peanuts for the very first time in my life. I could see how these things could be addictive! What I really came here to say is, I had the best pot roast in my life yesterday from Candler's (Mississippi Pot Roast to be specific)! It was tender, juicy, and just a little bit of kick to make it a mildly spicy. The portion was generous also. Perfection! *Chef's kiss* 😋😋
Candlers cooking is amazing they have a different menu every day, its home cooked style southern food.
Being from the south and moving to Denver Metro, the lack of good food hits hard. Candler’s is the fix for all things southern cuisine and brings the same warmth and familiarity as my grandma’s cooking. Love love the boiled peanuts, a roadside delicacy. Looking forward to Candler’s catering my Fall wedding!
