Ordered a wedding cake. Trusted the way they boxed it. Drove 2 hrs to destination come to find out the box they covered it was not tall enough and smashed the cake! Will not be going back here! Norwalk is way better

I made an order for cupcakes , thinking they were going to look exactly like what they sell individually. Meaning what they have behind the glass , and I got this instead. Disappointed. It felt like they were rushing or did not care at all. Just by looking at this you can see , this isn’t right. I paid over $100 for this order. And this is what I got.

Trying to place a cake order over the phone and rings once then goes to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. I got cut off in the middle of my order and just couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone after that. It’s been an hour and 20. Attempts later just decided to go with 85 degrees

When you get your first taste of their cake trust me you will never go anywhere else for cake again. So easy to call them to order they always have the cake ready. I don't like cake at all or frosting but Candlelight Bakery is a amazing taste of freshness.

Probably one of the last times I ever order here. The cake had what looked like eyelashes on the frosting and thought to myself it was probably me or my mom since we were getting things ready around the cake. Cut the cake and started eating and FOUND HAIR INSIDE THE CAKE. So disgusting and infuriating!
