Canastas Chicken

The lamb Gyro was greasy, tasteless, and had pieces of cartilage and bone in it. I literally got nauseous and couldn’t eat it, and I love gyros. I’ve only ever had the chicken here which is wonderful. But I will never order another Gyro from there again.

Went for dinner and was pretty calm. The food looked delicious and didn't disappoint me. The servings were generous, worth the price. Marco and Yazmin were very nice and diligent, we were acknowledged once we went in.

LOVED this place. I never had peruvian chicken before, but I will definitely be coming back here. We ordered a family deal with 2 chickens and sides + soda. The chicken itself was not dry, it was very good texture and flavor. The sauces that come with it were also all very tasty. (There was a spicy red, a mild green, and a yellow) The green and red were probably my favorite. First time having Yuca Fries, they went well with the sauce! The string beans and steamed veggies were lowkey also really good and went well with the chicken, rice, and black beans. There was also the shrimp ceviche which was definitely different than what I normally get went well, when I wrapped all the stuff in a lettuce leaf(not sure if that's what you're supposed to do). It had shrimp, some kind of sweet potato(

Ok, the chicken was good. Our sides were green beans and fried rice. It was all good and fresh, but I don't think this was my kind of lunch. Maybe not enough seasoning. They do a military discount. The server was polite and friendly. The drinks are 3.50 each in a small cup, but you can get refills. Both sauces were good.

This was our first time here, and we were very pleased! The charcoal grilled food brings a luxurious flavor to the chicken which was moist and tender and properly prepared. Portions are very generous for the price, freshly prepared and served hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu! We dove into the food so fast we forgot photos. 🤷
