Campestre Chicken

The food here is amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful and (to my knowledge) this is authentic Salvadoran food. The rotisserie chicken was the star of the show. I got half a bird with rice and plantains. I made a rookie mistake and got 4 hot sauces instead of the 2 hots and 2 milds. Definitely start with the mild unless you really like the heat. The skin was so crispy and the chicken breast were juicy. The music and the smell of charcoal is the best part. I would recommend calling in your order or placing it online. I waited about 15 minutes for my bird, but it was worth it because I knew it was fresh. I will definitely check this place out again in the future.

Absolutely loved their chicken especially their specials. Bought a whole family chicken with rice, salad and plantains with a 2L soda for only $23.49! I went in, ordered and waited outside. Food was done in about 10 minutes. The chicken was nice and roasted and well seasoned. The rice had great flavor, it wasn't soggy and the portion was huge. The sweet plantains were delicious too. The girl that took my order was very nice and patient. I was from out of town and she went through their menu until I decided what I wanted without rushing me or giving me an attitude and I was very thankful for that.

First time trying out this place and I’m pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding and I can’t wait to come back and try out their other menu items. The service was also great with great suggestions. I got the burrito bowl with chicken and shrimp, the sauce it came with was top notch as well. 10/10 definitely recommend

I'm a little late with my opinion. But the food here is really really really really good. I enjoyed every bite. I had the halve chicken with rice and Mac & Cheese. It was worth it. You're messing out if you pass up on this restaurant.

Where in the world has this type of food been in my life?! We tried the Peruvian chicken and it was hands down the best chicken i have ever had. My co-worker said this was the best hes ever had in the states, the only place hes had just as good was in Puerto Rico. Whatever the sauce was it was amazing. It was a creamy type of sauce that complimented the chicken perfectly. The yuca was nothing special imo. But the plantain maduros were tasty. The fries as basic as they were were delicious. The horchata was very different from the mexican horchata. You can really tell by the color of it. It tasted really good though. This mom n pop shop is seriously a must have. TRY THE DARN CHICKEN!!!!! Thank you guys, I hope i can visit again soon! Next time im getting a whole chicken lol
