Cambria County Library

I recently visited the library and had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were incredibly helpful and sweet, going out of their way to assist me with all of my needs. I also noticed that the library is currently undergoing some reconstruction and I am excited to see how things turn out. I can't wait to see the improvements that are being made and to continue to enjoy all that this library has to offer. I highly recommend this library to anyone in the area looking for a welcoming and helpful place to visit.

A nice place with lots to do. They always have something going on from trivia matches to card groups. A children's floor with age appropriate titles. Computers upstairs and free wifi. Staff is helpful and tells you where to find what you want. Cheap (and maybe even free, im not sure) movie rentals. They have a small book store which unfortunately is closing. Staff is sometimes abit loud. Other then that a fun experience

Great kids & teens section on the second floor. The playroom is only open certain hours but it's a great bonus to get to play when you can. Their story time program was so fun this summer too! Awesome snack & lunch program as well.

Love the kiddo floor! Lots of hands on toys, a great selection of books and board books, a fish tank, cozy seating, and a play area for littles to climb around (it has limited hours for the "play den", so be sure to check ahead of time!)

Our 3-year-old saw the library while we were visiting town and he HAD to go inside. He had a blast! Their book selection is big and well-organized, they had a ton of play stations, and they even have a play room! We were so glad we discovered this Johnstown gem!
