CallaByte recently pulled fiber into Hermann, MO, and connected service to my residence. From start to finish, their team has been friendly, professional, and highly competent. Every appointment was kept exactly as scheduled, the installation was completed smoothly, and the service has performed flawlessly since. They have fully met—and even exceeded—my expectations. Five stars and no less! When I come into town I always call to have my electric turned on and when I leave I call to get it shut off. This past December was no different until I realized a month later my electric had never been turned off after calling a month ago. I called of course very frustrated but Miranda was able to help me navigate the situation. She remained professional while also hearing my issue and request to bring it to management. I got off the phone appreciative to have spoken to her but still felt I unfortunately would be out the money even though I called to have my electric shut off. The customer service is always pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Although the rates are a little high.

Update: it took my review and complaining for them to actually show up the next day. They did a good job at not twaring up the yard! I like how when you call, it says customers own the co-op and we work for you. However , if that was the case, some people would be fired by now. We have poles splitting and rotting and about ready to come down. They came out 2 mths ago and flagged them and said they would be out the next week to replace and still have not after 2 mths. They reached out to the guy that handles this job and he said with the rain it would be at least a few more weeks and for ME to call back in a few more weeks if it has not been handled and then at that point they would TRY to expedite.
