California Monster Sushi & Korean Food “Under New Management”

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu had a good variety, and everything we ordered came out hot and on time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. Overall, great food, great service, and fair prices. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Was skeptical because of the low ratings but it did say "under new management" so decided to give it a try. Glad we did! Food was all take-out but upon arriving, I noticed the interior was really nice and clean. Service was very friendly. Just too bad the location is so hidden that they'll miss out on potential business. Anywho, on to the food! Dragon Roll - $15 - quality seems good. Rolled well and compact. Wish it was a little bigger. Spicy Scallop Roll -$11 - like a spicy california roll with scallop on top. Las Vegas Roll - $11 - kept its form really well even for transport. We absolutely love coming here! The food is consistently delicious and comes out quick without ever sacrificing quality. I haven’t gotten her name, but the hostess is always incredibly kind and welcoming. We’ve been here 4 times and we’re genuinely touched that she remembers us when we walk in. 10/10, highly recommend!

Everything was super clean and tasty! We got the bulgogi kimbap, tonkatsu, and tteokbokki, and it honestly tasted just like home in Korea, which was such a nice surprise. really friendly and the prices were great.

This will be your new favorite sushi spot. The first time I've ever tried it was when my aunt and uncle brought me here and said there's also korean food which is a bonus. Food smells good and looks soooo good. I believe that everyone who loves sushi should come to this place. I would personally recommend the KILLER SALMON ROLL. It tastes so good and just melts in your mouth. We had to order it 4 times because everybody loves it. I don't always write reviews but this restaurant is just too good you can never miss it. TRUST ME THIS PLACE IS A GEM.
