Calandra’s Bakery in Fairfield defied my expectations with the WICKEDLY DELICIOUS Pop Up!!! Highlighting Wicked’s Elphaba and Glinda!! I followed the “yellow brick road” upstairs where the “Pink goes good with Green” Wicked decor is like something found “over the rainbow”!! You definitely feel as if you arrived in the magical “Land of Oz”!! With “flying monkeys and witches” “oh my!!” The Wicked sound track resonated in the room! With “unlimited” favorite songs. The Server Paulina was AWESOME!! SPELBOUND SIPS Glinda's Pink Lemonade Shooter with pink glitter served in a heart cup! 🩷 Elphaba's Sour Apple Brew served in a green class! TOTO'S BREAKFAST BASKET was so cute! And teeming with Cream-Filled Donut, Sfogliatelle, & Sweet Brioche Bun! Hot tea served in “Oz Emerald City Green”! Te

Our wedding cake tasted AMAZING! The whole process was easy, we reached out to make a cake tasting appointment, tried all the different cake combinations, and ended up choosing a 4-layer vanilla cake with alternating layers of cannoli filling, and vanilla custard and fresh strawberries filling. The cake was included in our venue cost so the only additional charge was the custom design that we wanted. After the cake tasting was done and order was confirmed, there was no further follow up on our end that needed to be done.

Ohhhh....Canlandra's...where have you been all my life? Since we moved to NJ from NYC, I haven't really found a good bakery until now!!! The interior space is big and nicely designed. We ordered pepperoni bread which was so good. Everything else we ordered tasted fresh and homemade. Staff could have smiled a bit more but service was quick and they got the jobs done. I'm going to go back there a lot more when in the area to try other delicious looking sweets. Highly recommended!

Some reviews complained about the service here. I had the best experience shopping here this morning! I had a pretty complicated order and the woman that served me was super nice and patient and we even shared a few laughs. Apple turnovers are delicious as well as the mini cannoli. Looking forward to enjoying the chocolate moose bombs a little later! Awesome service and awesome pastry!

Our wedding cake was exactly what we wanted and the flavor was delicious. Ayla made it such a nice experience. Thank you so much!
