Hands down the best bakery in town! Jeff’s Cake & Bacon is pure magic, where else can you get ultra-moist, perfectly balanced cakes alongside the most insanely delicious candied bacon you’ve ever tasted. I got the carrot cake for a birthday and it was an absolute showstopper, rich, not too sweet, with that addictive salty-crunchy bacon weave on top. The classic chocolate cake with bacon crumbles was unreal too. Everything is made fresh, creative without being gimmicky, and you can tell Jeff pours his heart into every single order. The shop is super clean, the staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. If you’re on the fence, just go—your taste buds will thank you. Easily 5 stars and already planning my next visit. Jeff, you’re a genius!
