This place absolutely nailed it. Super friendly service, adorable inside, a menu so big it caused real decision stress, and food that came out hot, fresh, and ridiculously good. Every bite was a win. You can tell they don’t mess around when it comes to quality. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’re ordering next time. Portions are giant! Do yourself a favor and come hungry. you’ll thank me later.

Cafe Medi is a true neighborhood gem. The food is consistently fresh and full of flavor — from the creamy hummus and warm pita to the perfectly cooked lamb and mixed grill. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes thoughtfully prepared. What really sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming service and cozy atmosphere. It’s perfect for a relaxed dinner, date night, or catching up with friends. The BYOB option is a nice bonus, too. If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food with great hospitality, Cafe Medi is absolutely worth a visit — we’ll definitely be back.

Had the Mahi Mahi special today with lemon butter sauce. Probably one of the best plates of food I've had in a while out at a restaurant. Also, the Lemon Soup is a MUST HAVE! Great, friendly service. Great atmosphere. It is a favorite for Greek and Mediterranean food.

The Cafe Medi in Colleyville is better. Each shawarma plate in my video was $20…. So we spent $40 for this… Personally I thought the portions were smaller compared to their other location off of 26 in Colleyville. The portion at this Keller location was so small for the price and rather bland. There are plenty of Mediterranean restaurants around here that actually serve a fair amount of food for the price. This was not the case. We will not be back

I love this little restaurant I've been going there for years the only complaint I have is the fact that I was seated with my partner in a private Booth to the back in an empty restaurant another couple comes in and of all the places to sit they are seated next to us I don't understand why.. servers need to understand that most people want privacy and quiet instead of having to sit next to someone especially in an empty restaurant. That this is a great restaurant I've no other complaint
