Café Evoke

Have you ever seen a stunning cup of oat milk matcha latte before? 😍 If you haven’t, you must definitely come here and it tastes amazing as well. It’s not overly sweet, which I like. Also, their black coffee is just as good. My husband and I ordered an avocado toast with an egg to share with our drinks too. It was so kind of the kitchen to separate the avocado toast into two separate plates and we each got an egg. 🫶 Service is great and staff is super friendly. Let’s just say, I think I’ve found my favorite coffee shop in Downtown Edmond.

Loved the ambience here! On days with a good weather, it’s nice to sit outside and get some work done. I had the salmon toast! They were very generous with the amount of salmon and had the right balance of the cream cheese salmon and olives.

This is a modern coffee shop and cafe on South Boulevard in the historic downtown of Edmond. They have a nice indoor seating area. There are a few outside small tables and you can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 7am to 5pm daily. Evoke offers a range of traditional coffees, focused breakfast and lunch menu. Staff seemed friendly when I visited recently. Prices reasonable. Espresso macchiato prepared on the morning was very good, properly poured with just a hint of milk and pinch of foam. Nicely done. Would be happy to stop by Evoke again for another cup of black next time in Edmond.

Coffee was SO GOOD we went back twice in two hours 😅Their prices are a bit on the expensive side (it is Edmond), but well worth it if you want to treat yourself. Customer service was ok, wait time was short, and the place was packed. Would visit again!

I have been a frequent visitor for years. From the drip coffee to espresso beverages, Evoke is the best coffee in Edmond. If you are a third-wave coffee-snob such as myself, or just want something that’s not Starbucks-quality (and a better price for that matter), you must give Evoke a try!
