Tucked away inside St. Joseph's Hospital in Polson, MT, this spot is a true hidden gem. Now, I know what you're thinking—"A hospital cafeteria?" But trust me, this isn’t your average Jell-O and mystery meat situation. The staff is super friendly and personable, and their attention to detail in their mis en place could rival some high-end kitchens. The menu is simple and straightforward, and their breakfast burrito is hands down a burrito of pure yumminess. Seriously, the value-to-deliciousness ratio is off the charts.
