Café Bistro at Nordstrom

Some girl with a tight ponytail and glasses had the worst attitude ever I was in such a good mood ,had my family ,asked for the menu and and she just said in a rude way are you guys going to be even eating here? pointed to the menu after I said yes? And she rolled her eyes . If I could give zero I would lol

Coffee was tasteless Chicken tacos were more like an appetizer Very strange filling Not what I expected Where was the chicken also

I had the best coconut flat white here with amaZing friendly staff. Great customer experience.

My experience here was not as pleasant as it has been in other Nordstrom Cafe Locations. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, the waiter seemed in a hurry and annoyed every time we asked for condiments etc. The food was ready in minutes. The whole crew made it seem like we were bothering them even though it was 40 minutes till closing time?! I give it 3 stars only because the food was still delicious.

I use to recommend and eat here all the time. My husband decided he would pick soup up for myself and my son were both sick. It normally comes with two pieces of bread when you order the bowel and we ordered additional for each bowel. When he got home we discovered that there was one piece of bread to share with each bowel and the extra that we paid for were missing. The soup was cold and did not taste good at all. We called to ask what happened and were told as we ordered it online they could not refund us for the additional bread that we paid for. I should have trusted my gut and have my husband pick up soup from Whole Foods instead of overpriced soup from a clothing company…. My bad. It’s an over price cafeteria..
