Café Bistro at Nordstrom

Absolutely love this place. The cilantro lime salad with shrimp is fantastic. Went right before they were closing and the staff still had an awesome attitude. We had Preston as our waiter and his smile was infectious. Will continue to be a returning customer!

Like the Good'ol days, a sophisticated restaurant in a sophisticated "yesteryear department store"-like mall store. The steak-frites is exquisite, served with a deceptively plain-looking but amazingly DELICIOUS salad. The frites are so good! Best meal in town. Warm atmosphere, so much fun to dine here!

Ordered the Lemon Chicken Gnocchi. The dish contained spinach but not enough IMO, so I asked for more. After a half hour of waiting I started to wonder why it would take so long to get some extra spinach. Finally the server comes and hands me a plate of fresh uncooked Arugula. By that time my dish was basically cold. And it's not like the restaurant was getting slammed. There were probably just 4 tables at that time. Disappointing.

What a wonderful little hidden gem! The food was great but the service was the BEST we have experienced in the food industry in a really really long time. The tomato soup was so good and the club sandwich was delicious. It was large enough to split between two people. Our hostess/waitress was so attentive, extremely friendly, and made sure my sister and I were taken care of from before we sat down till the moment we left. We will definitely be back!

The service was subpar, Sonya was friendly when she brought the check and asked if we wanted to add a gratuity . 2 out of 3 of our party did not eat their food, Sonya did not bother to inquire how our food was. The french fries were cold when we received them , the french dip au jus had spilled on the plate rendering the bread soggy and inedible. The mac and cheese was awful . The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. The panini was ok. Our ticket was $94 our experience was not even close. At the register I was asked how the food was and I answered honestly, awful. The young person awkwardly laughed and said "I am glad you hated it".
