Caffé Milano

If you’re on Ocean Drive and craving Italian, Cafe Milano is definitely one of the most versatile and amazing spots to try 🇮🇹✨ The spicy rigatoni pasta is absolutely to die for, perfectly cooked with just the right kick and rich, flavorful sauce. Their Margherita pizza is equally amazing - fresh, classic, and beautifully done. The overall vibe makes it such a great place to sit back, enjoy good food, and soak in the Ocean Drive energy. I would 100% come back again! Pro tip: Don’t let that leftover pasta sauce go to waste, grab some bread and dip it in. It tastes incredible ❤️😁

Good drink specials, food, and service. The person, I don't know the proper term (host/greeter) was who really clinched it/sold it from all the other restaurants on Ocean Ave as we were walking by. Persistence, but not pushy. Funny, charming and most importantly sold the specials and drink specials.

I stayed in the area for 5 days, and since I discover this place I made it my favorite spot to have my breakfast and evening drinking spot. Carolina was a super host!!!..always smiling. !! Food was simply great and drinks well-prepared !! Take their happy hour it is definitely a good deal! Music is great !!..even in the morning the atmosphere and vibes rocks!!!

We had a great experience at Caffe Milano thanks to Manuel. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we sat down. His recommendations were spot on and the service was smooth and professional all night. You can tell he really cares about giving guests a great experience. Definitely ask for Manuel if you come here!
