Caffè Nero

First morning in MA and went here off a whim. Walking in, the establishment is nice, I love the decor and plenty of seating. We were greeted kindly by staff, took our orders correctly and asked for clarification. We got 2 Americanos, a Turkey Caprese, and a Glazed Donut. The coffee is fresh and had a great taste and aroma. The food was wonderful as well. Overall, I'm impressed since I don't usually go in an establishment w/o reading any reviews.

First and foremost, the store was exceptionally clean, and the staff was well-aligned and professional. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and refreshingly straightforward. This was my first time visiting, and I’m genuinely glad I did. Jordan, the manager, brings exactly the kind of presence you want in a store—warm, confident, and someone who truly makes customers feel valued. The matchas Absolutely sensational ; I had a madeleine for the first time and it’s a must try.

One of the best coffee I have ever had in my life was a Caramel espresso iced coffee with two caramel Syrup and Pumpkin cold foam. 100% recommend. Absolutely delicious ❤️ Staff was very nice and patient with us as well.

I am so sad to give the Woburn location of Cafe Nero. From the first steps inside the door ,it looks like it has so much potential. Alas, so disappointing !!! I visited this location for both breakfast and lunch. Both expensive with the baked goods and tea offerings abysmal. They LOOK ok .....but just yucky. Same with my Greek salad. Yes, there are a few comfy seats. Most of these taken up by laptop hounds who takeover best seats all day. The placement of the bathrooms is ridiculous....no privacy ! The barista never smiled on my 2 visits. Cafe Nero see uch potential,yet such a waste !

Super nice staff, can always find a seat, can't beat their food for a quick lunch or snack treat. TBH, I am always disappointed by the Caffe Nero speciality drinks. Stick with the basics here because they do it better than anyone.
