Cafe Yumm! - Oakway Center

It was my first time dining at Cafe Yumm. I had heard about the famous yumm sauce. I tried a medium bowl with edamame and added tofu as protein. I can see why people love the yumm sauce. It was good and complemented the rice bowl well.

Update: moving the review to a 5 stars bc it was just too good! —- Good food and convenient, but just seemed small when I got the bowl to go. Maybe it was because it was a medium? I’ll have to try the large next time. It was tasty tho!

My yumm bowl was good but the tofu skewer I got was rock hard and seemed like it may have been sitting around for a while. It was inedible to say the least. I've ordered catering in the past and it has been fine but this time was pretty disappointing 😞

The teriyaki chicken with jasmine rice was delicious. The flavor in the other 2 bowls was good. There is a lot packed into these small bowls. This was my first time visiting so if I went back I would definitely limit what all I added but I wanted to experience the meal the way it was listed on the menu.

Cafe Yumm used to be good. Used to be good quantity for the price. Now a small bowl is almost $10 with no protein and it’s mostly rice. I think I had like 10 black beans total. This bowl is tiny. They need to up their portions and give better proportions of the ingredients
