Their big signature item is the onigiri-shaped croissant. When I went in the morning, they didn’t have them ready yet, so I grabbed four other pastries first. Then yes… I actually went back again in the afternoon just to get the triangle ones. 😂 In total I bought six. The matcha croissant was really good — loved the filling, super flavorful. The matcha cream + red bean one was also delicious and pretty unique. But one of them had rice cake inside, and it was really hard — not enjoyable at all. And honestly, the famous triangle croissants I made a second trip for ended up being kind of disappointing… very average. Overall, it was an interesting try — some good, some meh. Not terrible or anything, just pretty average. I’d only go back if I happen to be in the area and feel like trying som
This cafe has been my go-to spot for countless study sessions since it opened, getting me through multiple exam seasons. It's a fantastic place to work, offering ample seating, reliable WiFi, and plenty of outlets. I especially appreciate the later hours, particularly on weekends. Beyond studying, it’s also a wonderful spot to catch up with friends. The variety of spaces—from the outdoor patio to high tops and comfortable sofas—really enhances the experience. As for the food and drinks, the selection is excellent. There is a wide variety of savory and sweet baked goods and pastries, as well as ice cream and shaved ice. There truly is something for everyone. Everything is fresh and can be warmed up upon request. The drink selection is just as consistently good; the sweet cream for their Ei
Korean bakery in Northern boulevard, not a lot of parking on the street/parking lot, but you can park elsewhere. The place itself was pretty busy even though it was literally like 2 degrees outside. They had the viral Dubai chewy cookie and alot of pastries and breads that were good. We tried a chive and cream cheese bread, Dubai chewy cookie, French toast, and salt bread. The salt bread was light and fluffy, the French toast had a nice cinnamon sugar dusting and crispy, and the chive and cream cheese bread was good, a lot of cream cheese though. The Dubai chewy cookie was alright. It had alot of cocoa powder on it making it hella messy, and not really strong pistachio flavor. We also got a matcha latte which was just pretty standard matcha, not strong matcha taste and watered down qui
After wanting to try this bakery for the longest time, I finally got the chance to try it recently. The inside of the cafe is huge, with tons of space for you to hang out with friends or chill and get some work done. I came to try the famous Dubai chocolate mochi and some drinks. The dubai chocolate mochi itself was alright. While the marshmallow portion was good, the pistachio/kataifi filling tasted very oily. I got the misugaru latte—which I wasn't a fan of—but my friends got their sparkling drinks, which we all thought were pretty good. Overall, I could be willing to give this cafe another chance (maybe I just chose bad items), but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
I DoorDashed baked goods and omg, does this place know how to bake! I got 2 flavors of onioissant, dirty chocolate crumble croissant, 2 flavored/filled salt breads, and the coffee brioche feuilletee. The croissants were flaky and buttery; the salt breads were so fluffy….absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with how much filling they put into the salt breads and the chocolate croissant. The presentation of the packaging was also really nice and thoughtful (they put a little logo with “Cafe W” in the box which I thought was unique and showed cute attention to detail). Everything was fresh and seriously quality baking, but my personal preference (when I return or order again, for sure!) is for the salt bread or filled croissant. I cannot go to any chain Korean bakery in the area again
