Have visited many times (multiple locations), and love their iced lattes w/almond milk. The coffee cake, lemon loaf, bubble waffle, cinnamon rolls, and scones are all delicious and always taste fresh. They have a huge selection of coffees, bubble teas, frappes, and also tasty dessert options. The Cranford location has plenty of seating and is well maintained with clean bathrooms. The staff at is super friendly every time and there have never been any issues with ordering. I definitely recommend if you're near one to stop by.
Firstly, their location on Google Maps is incorrect. After searching everywhere, I had to make a call to find it. The girl who guided me to the correct location and also prepared my ice latte was nice and helpful. The coffee itself was good. My only complaint is the inaccurate location listed on Google Maps.
Finally found a place that has ice cream over the bubble waffle. It was so worth waiting for. The waffle was cooked perfectly & it didn’t taste dry at all. I had the frozen tea with mango and tapioca pearls - it was such a good combination (I don’t really like tapioca). The setting of the place is very cute and well organized. They have so many more options and I can’t wait to come back and try (:
A great place to stop for a drink or treat! I've been a few times to eat in the Cafe and ordered something different each time. The marshmallow latte is delicious and waffles are made fresh to order. The bubble tea is delightful and the boba/tapioca pearls were also really fresh. Looking forward to stopping by again!
Re-writing this review The first time I came, a sweet girl made the perfect iced cortado. I came back excited, but this time a sassy man who clearly didn’t know coffee was working. I asked for the same drink—two shots, dash of milk, in the same small cup I got the day before. He said, “We don’t have those with an attitude,” even though I had just gotten one. Instead, he gave me a giant cup of ice and milk that tasted like watery almond milk (even though I asked for oat). I politely asked for a remake, and instead of fixing it, he got defensive and just refunded me. Track 5 Coffee is right around the corner—better drinks, nicer people, and no ego. Go there instead.
