Cafe Sol Coffee & Bakery

Best coffee shop in Rio. Coffee was top-notch. I had a brown sugar latte and it was the perfect balance of rich, bold flavor with just the right amount of creaminess. Tastes like high-quality beans. They also have a great selection of pastries, and the bagel was a great complement to my drink, freshly baked and customized to order.

I love Cafe Sol! My daughter loves their iced brown sugar latte, and I usually get an Americano. The cinnamon rolls are delicious, and my personal favorite is the Biscoff cheesecake. They almost always have a case full of baked goods, so there is always something yummy to try. It is a very cozy atmosphere, and the staff treats you like family, even when you bump into them at Walmart. It is a great place to meet friends or just go relax and read a book. The only bummer is that they are closed on Mondays.....but I'm thankful they take a day to rest :)

The coffee and baked items are delicious - this is simply a fact. It’s very obvious when bakers use quality ingredients, and this is true here. The reason I love this cafe and go back again and again? The smiles. Any day is made better when it’s greeted by two of the kindest ladies I’ve met in Del Rio. They’re always ready to help and make suggestions, and they’ve never rushed me out the door when I’ve had my kids with me. It’s a very real accomplishment when a business is able to foster an environment that is truly stress-free, Cafe Sol has done this.

Coffee was great. Pastries where awesome. It's definitely a must try.

This is such a sweet little coffee shop! The employees are so nice and the coffee is great! I got a chai latte and it’s delicious. The desserts are really good too! 10/10 recommend!
