Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Although I love Cafe Rio, I dread coming in to this location. I prefer online ordering, but their pickup process is anything but simple. You still have to wait up to 10-15 minutes for your order while they’re also serving in-line customers. Efficiency could use some major improvements. Would also love to see curbside as an option too to save stress.

In the last year. The staff have been putting too much salt on everything especially the beans. I used to order meals from cafe rio the minimum 3 days a week. I had to slow down on the visits. Because my doctor asked me to stop adding salt to my meals. So, not sure where the sodium intake was coming from. At home I don't use salt when cooking. I decided to stop eating from cafe rio. My number from sodium went down. My blood pressure went back to normal. Today, I want to purchase the salad with grilled chicken. What a disappointment it was so salty. I could finish my meal. They put salt in the bean, meat, and in everything. This food take pride by saying it all natural veggies and ingredients. But they ruined there's brand by adding too much salt the natural flavors are gone. Too bad

I had a great experience with my online order today! Not only was the food delicious, but it was actually ready ahead of the promised time. When I arrived, the staff member who was doing the online orders that day was incredibly polite, asked my name for the order, and took a moment to genuinely thank me for my business. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again!

I ordered 2 tacos and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order even that I ordered online. The lady on the back line looks so rude. My tacos didn't have enough meat they only put more juice than meat and I asked for picó de gallo and I see that the put only tomatoes.

I love their salad bowl. Pro tip: get the sweet pork on the side. Seems like they give a more generous portion and saves well to make a burrito from the remainder of this very generous salad portion that is already served on top of their delicious fresh made tortilla.
