The best sandwich shop in Indy. Rivaled only by Súbito at #2. I am fortunate enough to work in the Regions Tower where Cafe Olivia is located. I have ordered most of the sandwiches on the menu and everything is excellent. Whenever I have a client in the office and we need a fast lunch, I always take them here. Favorite sandwiches are the Verona and Milano. The store is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do everything themselves. Their diligence and attention to detail is unrivaled. More even than most of the fine dining kitchens I worked in my youth. I have never seen someone take so much care in putting toppings on a sandwich. The best sandwich shop in Downtown Indy! I love their Cajun Turkey and Roast Pork sandwiches. So flavorful and delicious. They also have great coffee and fruity caffeine refreshers.

This is a fantastic hidden gem! They used to be in the City Market, which closed for extensive renovations, and I didn't realize they had moved to this new location in the Regions Bank lobby. The new location is beautiful and relaxing, and the food is still amazing. They obviously take pride in what they offer, and the result is great tasting sandwiches without compromise. The prices are very fair, especially considering the quality. If you show up and there is a line, your patience will be rewarded. They work very fast even though it's only two of them, and they don't cut any corners on quality even when busy. Enjoy your lunch!

I'm lucky to have them in our office building (Regions Bank Building). GREAT sandwiches (don't forget the pickle!), fast service, and super friendly. I feel like I've won the lottery when they have their potato salad. A very very tasty lottery!
