Update: I visited this place again and had an amazing experience! I met one of the owners and he was truly amazing, very polite, and was very hospitable! I ordered the lambs chops, eggs, and grits. The food was superb and seasoned very well! There was no wait time to be seated and our food came out shortly after ordering. I was very impressed! I'll definitely be dining here again! I dined here last week for brunch and can say that the food is absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in! It's a very nice and chill atmosphere and is a little small in there. There was one server there and he was really nice and friendly. I am stuffed, actually I'm beyond stuffed!! I wanted to have brunch, but it seems as though all breakfast/brunch places in Norfolk, VA, close at 2pm. Thankfully, I was able to find this place called Cafe Milo @cafe.milo_va The Brunch:.....🥓🥐🍳🥣🥚🍞🍓🍇 I went with the French Toast and Chicken. My server mentioned that was a good choice, but suggested that I get it Banana Foster Style...😁...I did of,course, because I'm always willing to take recommendations from the people that work there....This was so sweet and savory, I really enjoyed the cooked bananas topped with walnuts. The French Toast was good, too, but it was just something about mixing the well seasoned chicken with the soft banana and walnuts. It's different but so good! The food was look good when it came out. The whipped coffee was good and really enjoy it. It a really nice and cozy place. The food was not hot enough for me and that weird cause I was the first customer. Overall I give them 4 stars and would try again.

Excellent! My husband and I visited this hidden gem on 13 Jan 24. He ordered the lamb chops eggs and potatoes, I ordered the French toast banana fosters with sides eggs, corn beef hash, potatoes. Sooo good top tier, chef’s kiss! Make your way over there for some brunch….

My husband and I love it. It was our first time here, and I love it. Everything about this place was absolutely awesome. The waiter was extremely polite. She did a fantastic job. The cook/owner, oh my. I applaud him. It was very well put together. We love it. We will definitely be back.
