Cafe Hot Wing

I had a really bad experience at Cafe Hot Wing. The food was not cooked all the way, which is a serious issue, especially when you’re serving chicken. When I tried to explain the problem, there was a big communication barrier and no one I spoke with could clearly understand what I was saying. It made it almost impossible to get the issue handled. Between the undercooked food and not being able to communicate with staff, the experience was very frustrating. I won’t be coming back.

This place is so disappointing. The chicken wings here are so tiny! We don’t like great big hormonal overgrown chicken wings either. Conpared to a normal “hot wing” size. I knew bringing this home to my husband would be so upsetting. He “heard” it was the bomb.com. I paid 5.99 for a side of shrimp fried rice. Just by looking at it the quality of the rice is cheap the shrimp are probably frozen, because it was so chewy, Smh. I will never go here again. We usually go to Floyd wings in Austell where we get a large shrimp fried rice for 3 dollars more for a large and it’s delicious and feeds our family of 5 I regret spending $50 bucks here. No complaints here. If you want giant wings, this is NOT your spot. Now if you are desiring a no frills wing spot that fries them hard like you requested, then this place will have you coming back. Hot is my favorite sauce, extra Bleu cheese is a must and just sit back and enjoy. Been eating here for years and they are always consistent.

If I can give this place a negative 0, I will. The food is discussing, the service is horrible and no one there speak English. I orders two salads and it took them about 10 minutes to understand what I was saying. There were a girl , that works there was just standing up there laughing. She spoke English every well, but I wasn’t aware of it until the next guess came in. The people in the back did not understand what the guy wrote down for my order because their salads doesn’t include any thing but lettuce, tomato,a few pieces of cucumber and one slice of cheese, cut in four. When I said tomato that’s what I meant, not tomatoes. It was one of those small cherry tomatoes cut in four small pieces. I ask for onions and bell peppers on one salad and they didn’t have a clue. I paid $21.00 for so

I’ve been coming to this place for years !! And I love the wings as always. I always get hot lemon pepper wings . Definitely try this place !! The owners are always so kind <3
