Cafe Borrone is a great spot for both work and relaxation. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, whether you’re stopping by for a casual coffee, a meal, or some quiet time with your laptop. The coffee is consistently good, and the food is fresh and well-prepared with plenty of solid options. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, which makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s also a nice place to meet friends or have informal conversations without feeling rushed. Overall, Cafe Borrone offers a reliable mix of good food, quality coffee, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend.

Cafe Barrone is one of my all time favorites! Born and raised in the Bay Area and this is one of my top places to visit! Hang out and enjoy it all! Always! The cappuccinos, lattes., drink, quality of food, freshness, variety, service and atmosphere! I can never decide what to get because I want one of everything! If you’re visiting The Bay check it out! But don’t tell too many people it’s already always crowded!! It’s that good!!! Thanks Cafe Barrone for lasting through the pandemic and consistently being one of the best in the BAY!! This place is a vibe! The food is ofcourse good but comparable to other American brunch places. The differential for them is the atmosphere and the crowd in the outdoor seating! Their hot chocolate is one of the best I have had! The waffles were the best item amongst the sweet offerings as it was perfect crisp.

Fresh homemade pasta..AMAZING!! Specialty coffee was so tasty and different than anywhere else. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

Brunch at Café Borrone is always a win. The food is delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for a relaxed morning or midday stop. Their drink selection is amazing, but the iced coffee slushy drink deserves its own shoutout wow. It’s a perfectly balanced frozen coffee confection, smooth, rich, refreshing, and dangerously good. And the croissant with egg scramble inside… absolutely to die for. Flaky, buttery, warm, and packed with soft, flavorful eggs it’s comfort food done right with just the right amount of indulgence. Every bite feels intentional and satisfying. Great food, incredible drinks, and a consistently solid brunch spot that never disappoints. Café Borrone knows exactly what it’s doing.
