Cactus Cafe in Medford is absolutely amazing! The food is consistently great and high quality, their cactus wings and buffalo wings are hands down some of the best I’ve had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and addicting of course especially with me being a wing fanatic. The burritos are on another level. They’re huge, packed with ingredients, and the meat is incredibly juicy and flavorful in every bite. You can really tell they don’t cut corners on quality. Not only does the brisket, carne asada and chicken remain juicy, it’s completely packed with flavor and absolutely absurdly amazing. On top of the great food, the customer service truly stands out. I’m disappointed, This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up, I get it you guys are busy, especially after 10. I’ve been coming here for years, but come on bro. I’m not the type of Person to even do reviews, but let’s talk real quick I asked for the burrito to be toasted the tortilla is not toasted at all, as you guys can see it says it in the recipe. I asked for a smoked pulled pork. I don’t even know what I’m eating. They do offer the barbecue pulled pork Option, but I choose smoked pulled pork. Not only that but My girlfriend had called around 11:30 and they Had her on hold for about five minutes so then I decided to call and they took my order and a split second What’s going on? Lol. I liked it . April was my bartender and she was so fun to talk to and she made some really good drinks . We had the loaded nachos which was very tasty. The rest of the food we took to go and it was not tasty but I still very happy with my over all experience.

I've been ordering from cactus cafe for 7 years. I would always get the 2 rotisserie chickens + 4 sides. It used to be $36. Then they raised it to $40, then $45. I was ok with that. Then they removed one entire chicken and now you only get 1 whole chicken + 4 sides for $35. It's very deceptive not to mention the chicken has shrunk dramatically. Very disappointing as we loved the chicken and had no issues except maybe once the chicken being charred. I hate restaurants that do this. It's deceptive and disgusting. I have now found a better place with a better deal that values its loyal customers.

I visited Cactus Cafe on Tuesday April 15th as I had a trip to the DMV. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was so yummy! I also used the restroom and it is spacious and has lots of toilet paper! Yay! Service was quick and easy and my food was brought to my table, I also appreciate that they have Cholula sauce! I also got a Jarritos to drink. I love this place, it’s delicious, quick and a nice atmosphere. I will go away and suggest you go as well! 🌶️
