Cachapas De Andrea

I’ve tried cachapas in quite a few places, and this spot is hands down my number one. One thing I really dislike at other places is when the cachapas taste like they were cooked on an old, greasy grill. Here, all you taste is the food itself which is clean, fresh, and flavorful. I’m a picky eater and don’t eat meat, so I’m always worried about residual pork flavors or finding stray bits of meat. After 4–5 visits, my food has been perfect every single time. No cross-taste issues at all. For me the corn mix is excellent. it doesn’t taste like it came from a dry, rehydrated mix and it doesn’t fall apart. The cachapa lacks that corn flavor, and the cheese is a bit bland. I’d say it’s more like a corn crêpe
