Each plate showed real skill in the kitchen. The servings here are ample and delicious. The team service was truly exceptional! This place earns its reputation daily. This is just my perspective.

I live on Newkirk and let me just say that the food on Church is way better. I had a small grio and fried plantain made fresh for $12. I eat pork maybe once or twice per year, if that and let me tell you, this was good. It was fresh, extra crispy and so were the plantains. It didn’t leave an aftertaste either.

This was my second time at this restaurant, and once again, the lady serving the food was completely rude and even cursed me out. Today “ Li rantre nan bouda m sou tèt lajanm nan “ There is absolutely no customer service, and to make matters worse, there’s no way to speak to a manager probably because they know there are no consequences for their behavior. It’s disappointing because you want to support your own people, but the level of disrespect here is unbelievable. I won’t be coming back.

This place has a lot potential, however tastes like not enough epis or maggi. The tassot taste like chicken or maybe the meat but fresh or keep frying .That is not right. I wanted to buy pikliz but when I went to tap and pay the machine was not working and lady made it seem like it’s funny that I don’t have/carry cash. Who knows? Maybe I try their food on a bad day but I was so disappointed
