Bánh Mì Saigon

Hi went here earlier today & bought 3 banh mi sandwiches, one fried egg , one grilled pork ,& one deli cold all on round bread got the buy 2 get one free special today, delicious sandwiches , friendly service, in Westminster off of Magnolia & Westminster Blvd in a plaza with Mi Tuan Market, they make their sandwiches fresh too , I’ve been here before for their cafe sua da Vietnamese iced coffee which is bomb & it’s all authentic Vietnamese too , I’m a local that lives in SoCal & I love eating different foods from around the world too. Great atmosphere too since I’ve never been to Vietnam at all in my life .

The food was very authentic. Very freshly prepared, but the menu is very small. Don't go here expecting Americanized Vietnamese food. This is the real deal.

Review: ★☆☆☆☆ Bánh Mì Saigon used to be one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese sandwiches — until now. I was served a sandwich with burned, sour pâté that was completely inedible. When I brought it back, the young male cashier was rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, he gave me another sandwich made with the exact same batch of burned pâté. No apology, no explanation, just a dismissive attitude like it was my fault for complaining. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve supported this place for a long time because their sandwiches can be great, but this kind of service shows they don’t care about quality or their customers. If management allows employees to treat loyal customers this way, they don’t deserve my business — or anyone else’s.

Always a line, long or short, given it’s only 10:30ish in the morning. I ordered Bahn Mi grilled beef and saw a special, Bahn Mi roast pork, thus tried it as well. Roast pork is a bit sweet, of course if sweet is your thing, you will love it. Not me, though. Price has gone up a bit, over all, pretty good sandwiches.

Got the buy 2 get 1 free special half sandwich for about $14 total. Got deli meat, meatball, and grilled pork. It was worth it for the price in my opinion and I would come back again.
