First time here, the atmosphere was very relaxed. My partner got the tacos 🌮, he enjoyed it and I got the Bywater salad 🥗 w/ shrimp 🍤 added. We don't really drink anymore so we had cokes and ice tea. The overall experience was very pleasant ☺️ We came around lunch, we were in and out.
Mixed first experience. Came in starving after helping my friend move and get settled in their new place. Ordered drinks and tried to order food even though the cook hadn't shown up yet(late). The grapefruit IPA is the best beer I've had in a long time. Good flavor without being sweet or overly hoppy. Absolutely inhaled the crawfish nachos which tasted as good as they sound. Not a whole lot of cheese, but the concentrated crawfish gumbo stock sauce was a big hit with the fried wantons, hence no pics. But as I had to get back to MS the rest of our meal we got Togo. The fries were delicious, fresh and hot. I didn't get a chance to eat my sausage dog until much later and the bun had become a little hard. It was still good with the pickled onions and beer cheese. But after we paid a
I LOVE this place. This was my 5th visit and it was just as fun and tasty as the first. There's so much to look at. The beer is consistently good. The Lemongrass Pork Lettuce Wraps are on point. The Ramen was rich and tasty and the Tofu Bahn Mi was exactly what I wanted. Fresh and flavorful. Service was great. The menu changes a lot. But this one was delicious. Get that pretzel!
My food was good! I wish they had a more expensive kids menu. Ha, sorry about the typo. I meant expansive. My children thought the chicken was good but sometimes they like more choices.
This spot is a bit off the beaten path to the east of French quarter on royal street. Great little spot with good beer and really unique food. The cracklin pieces were crispy and flavorful. The crawfish etouffe was perfect and the Brussel sprouts were crispy with a perfect amount of heat. If you love pho the phorrito is a must. So good and full of flavor.
