Butts and Buns BBQ

Ribs were perfecly cooked! Really don't like fall off the bone ribs since it leaves little texture. Smoke and char were also excellent. Just fell a tiny bit short on seasoning. However, the fantastic sauce more than makes up for it. Pulled pork and beef brisket were extremely good together in a sandwich with the sauce and some provolone! The big star of this dinner was that I happened to see that they smoke their own salmon here. I LOVE smoked salmon and this was sooo moist and tender with excellent seasonings and smokiness. Most definitely in the top five I have ever had! Puts Morey's to shame! Well done and I'll be making a larger purchase next time!

Open seasonally from May through September. Love the smoked salmon & recommend the pork parfait- smoked pulled pork with BBQ sauce layered with coleslaw served in cup that fits in the cup holders!

I dont think I can put into words how amazing this food is. The best BBQ I have had in my life so far. We got brisket sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw and corn bread muffins. Everything was incredible. We will absolutey be eating here again.

Just stopped by and got a full rack and some coleslaw. Both were delicious! Ribs were wonderfully smoked with just the right amount of fat, and the sauce was thick and flavorful. My only gripe is that the cup of coleslaw was too small. Food is delicious and well worth the stop

Very good ribs. Wish there was a little more smoke flavor, but still amazing.
