Bush's Chicken

We waited for someone to come to the car. No one came. As we were driving away, Gracie opened the service window. So we stopped at the windows. She said you did not have livers so we ordered tender rolls. She got our tea order wrong & she was rude. Someone needs to teach Gracie about customer service!

French fries need to be cooked a little longer. Chicken was nice and hot, but I came at 11:15 am. French fries were undercooked, they were smushy. Chicken was hot friendly greeting & nice atmosphere. Got the two piece fried chicken, a wing and a thigh.Nice and hot.

By 8:50pm their dining room is closed. They have NO PUBLIC BATHROOM signs posted, but they are directly off the HIGHWAY… nothing about this place makes sense except to the small town of Lorena people. If you stop off the highway looking for a hot meal and bathroom this is 100% not the place. My clock in my car is 10 minutes fast. This place is completely closed down an hour before their closing time.

We had to wait awhile for our food cause they were having problems with the machines. But we were okay with waiting if it meant fresh! Fresh and delicious it was. We hadn't had this kind of juicy and tasty chicken in a good while. Well worth waiting for.

Sat, July 12, 11:00am. I walk in. A female worker looks at me, says nothing, no greeting, turns back around. There was a guy sitting down in same area, he looks at me, says nothing, looks back down at his phone. Stood there for a minute or two being ignored by them. The rudeness probably explains why the dining area was completely empty. I walk out and go to Robinson TX Bush's Chicken where I was greeted happily, respectfully, with professionalism and kindness. A little out of the way but it was worth it. I'll start going to that location from now on. Now go read the 5-Star Review I gave them.
