Burrito Shak

Walked in right at 11:03 . The wife wanted cookies . Immediately after grabbing cookies both the manger and associate said we have fresh ones coming out . I felt those cookies they were fresh as well but the fact they told me and offered the ones out the oven is top tier . That’s true customer service. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I want to thank Burrito Shak Wilson NC for your assistance in making our Barton Women's Basketball Senior Reception a big success. The team throughly enjoyed the food, and our out of town guests who were previously unfamiliar with Burrito Shak were very impressed. Everyone commented on how flavorful the meats were and appreciated that everything was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend burrito Shak to anyone looking for professional service and great food.

I used to like this place but it has gone downhill quickly. The chips were cold, napkins were out so a big brown roll of paper sat by the drink machine. Previously, I had received a senior citizen discount of 5%. When I went to pay my bill, they said there was no senior discount. The manager said she could text the owner. I paid the higher costs. I felt cheated. The only good thing about the food was the chicken was nicely seasoned. As I type this review, the restaurant is empty at 5:17PM. This place used to be busier. Good service, great food, and proper management can turn a so-so restaurant into an amazing place to dine. Let’s see what happens in a positive way?!

Let me begin by saying this may be a long post but I LOVE Burrito Shak on a regular day but I do NOT recommend using them for catering. The first time my order was not ready on time but I gave them a second chance… 1. I placed an order for 17 people originally, I was then told to change it to 20 but could not do so online so I contacted them directly and it took me TWO days and THREE levels of management for them to figure out how to edit my order. I fear something as simple as editing an order or sending an updated invoice should be known AT LEAST by the GM. 2. This catering cost my organization $309… okay not a problem, the problem is the portions are NOT $309 worth. The portion sizes look for about ten people max, IF THAT. Wonderful first experience! I always get custom burritos and honestly that was the best burrito I've ever had! I was beyond full but wanting more. They have so much flavor in their food. Wife loved her aloha bowl and daughter loved her chicken quesadilla. Queso is thick like a chili con queso, but packed full of flavor. I will for sure be back! -side note, you don't typically see the owners working the line so it was nice to see that as well as how friendly they were. Also if they added shrimp I could see that be a killer with their cooking!
