Burrito Boss

Spent a long time on the road and we looking for a filling lunch and this place hit the spot. We received a friendly greeting as soon as we walked in and they server was patient which I appreciate because my kids take their sweet time ordering food. I ordered nachos and the portion was generous. Flavor was right and the chips were salted in a way that complimented the food without overpowering it. The hot sauce adds heat without pain. The place was well lit and had lots of space. Definitely recommend!

My family and I came here on a road trip on the way to Utica and stopped by for a quick lunch. It had a Chipotle/Qdoba feel, but that's where the resemblance ended, as the food was really inedible 🥺. It was fresh but the flavors were really bad.

Love this place! From the vibrant colors on the walls to the friendly faces of staff, it boasts a welcoming atmosphere. The menu options are vast, and the portions are phenomenal. I gave the ground beef nachos a go, and wow! The mixture of fresh ingredients and bursts of flavor from well seasoned meat was incredible. What a great addition to Waverly. If you have the opportunity to try their food I highly recommend it!

Overall, not bad. I was a little disappointed because was expecting more authenticity. It made me very sad that they do not make their own tortillas. The two girls behind the counter were very sweet, friendly, and quick with our order, so no complaints there. The food was decent but, as I said previously, I was expecting it to be a little more authentic. The decor was super cute, Dia de los Muertos was the theme, pictures on the walls and decals on the tables, very cute! And their selection of Mexican soda was quite impressive. The restaurant was clean and quiet! Overall a four out of five!

Food is always good. Reasonable prices and large portions. Definitely recommend this local place. Owners said they also do door dash now as well.
