My hubby and I stopped by BurntOut BBQ, 1601 Griffin Parkway, Suite A, in Mission. The space is immaculate and orderly. It’s always nice to enter a space that smells and looks clean. The owner, Gilbert, his sister, and their mom made us feel welcomed the minute we entered. They were happy to share their menu offerings and answer any questions that we had. We discovered that they do catering, too. I ordered the smoked barbacoa tacos and my hubby had the Rookie Taco. We had the option of choosing corn or flour. We chose flour. The tacos were accompanied by pico, onions, cilantro and homemade salsas. The barbacoa was plentiful and full of flavor, without any greasy oil. I dislike it when juices or grease make tortillas soggy. That was not an issue here. The Rookie taco included moist bris
I loved the friendly service and the place was very clean, I must say that the food was amazing I got the three meat plate beef ribs, brisket and sausage , I had to have a little bit of everything lol and the food was amazing I loved it, were coming back again 😋ohh btw this location is in mission texas.😊
This morning, we got some smoked barbacoa from BurntOut BBQ in Mission, TX, and I have to say it’s the best smoked barbacoa I've ever had. Their barbacoa isn’t the only standout—yesterday we decided to try their BBQ, and they absolutely know what they’re doing. For someone like me who loves to BBQ and has competed, it's saying something when I say they got it right. The brisket is moist, tender, and packed with great flavor, and their smoked spare ribs rank among the best we've ever tasted. BurntOut BBQ just opened a few months ago, but they’ve already mastered their craft. I highly recommend this spot if you’re craving top-notch BBQ or want to experience their amazing smoked barbacoa on Sundays!
Food was delicious! Had everything but the jalapeño cheddar sausage. Owner is personable. Great family feel. Needs brewed sweet tea but they do carry Gold Peek. We'll be back! Sorry no pics. Inhaled out lunch before leaving the review.
The young lady who took our order was extremely nice and suggested we try the two meat plate of pork ribs and sausage! Excellent suggestion and made for a great meal. My husband had the smoked barbacoa tacos and rice and beans as sides and he was impressed by their flavor. The beans were exceptionally tasty. Will definitely be going back.
