Customer Reviews
Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was reasonably priced. Tea leaf salad came mixed and was good. Entrees were good. Garlic egg noodles were good and not too salty. Pork with pickled mango was unique and probably my favorite. The prawn and pumpkin was ok but the flavor was mild. Coconut rice was great.
I recently had dinner with my family at this very authentic and charming restaurant in the inner Richmond district. It was on a Wednesday evening, so there was no wait time and they were able to accommodate our large party. The food was very fresh and similar to ones I ate in Southeast Asia. The service was excellent, the food came out very quickly, and was very reasonable. A few of my favorites were the spicy fish, papaya salad, and curry chicken. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Recommended by my Burmese friend and this place was amazing! The fish with tamarind & basil, pickled mango pork and the fried combo appetizer were my favorites but everything we ate was seriously so good (6 curries, 3 appetizers and 2 orders of fish with tamarind)
Dined here tonight with friends and it was 10/10. Yumi recommended, the tamarind salad and basil fish which were both excellent!! So fragrant and full of flavour. We also got the papaya salad, roti, coconut rice and a chicken noodle soup which were all so well done and delicious. I’ll be telling all my friends about this spot and can’t wait to return! Best meal I’ve had in 2026. Thanks Burmese kitchen!
We had tea leaf salad & fresh coconut water. The tea leaf salad was very good (comparable to Burma love) and the server was nice enough to cut open the coconut so we could scoop out the coconut flesh. Great service, great food!
