Burgerville

We had excellent customer service with Cleve on Saturday afternoon. Burgerville is pretty standard, and the food at this location is just as good as any of the others, but Cleve seemed to go above and beyond in making sure customers have the best experience. I very much appreciate his friendliness and helpfulness. Also the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Added bonus that they didn’t blast the muzak at this location.

This is a local fast food restaurant that goes the extra mile with non-gmo products, antibiotic free meat and vegan and dairy free options. Love the sweet potato fries!

1st time at a Burgerville, for dinner. I do like the remodeling. I ordered the no. 6 burger, specifically asked for it to be well done because I wasn't sure how they operated here. maybe I jinxed the order. Other fast food joints always cook the burgers well done & you don't have to ask. It arrived with pink in the middle & the remake which came well over 20 minutes later and only after I checked whether they were ever bringing it to me, was also pink in the middle. The ground beef appeared to be of good quality, but was undercooked. I was sick the next morning. They charge a quarter for a water and the water doesn't taste good. We ordered two no. 6 and two regular fries and a ranch dipping sauce, two waters were almost $27.

We stopped in for some classic fries and iced tea. The front does not have dedicated staff and mainly uses kiosks. I didn't realize this until I interacted with an assistant manager who took my order. The staff will carry the food to your table. The napkin and condiment area was neat and clean. On the day I visited, the dining room need some attention- tables needed wiped down and trash emptied. The floor was quite slick. However, a sign was posted but only at one entrance. I would recommend more than one sign. Preferably, visible at the side and main entrance. The restrooms are available and clean. Handicap parking is available. The doors are manual. Wheelchair users may require assistance.

Great food and staff usually. I've had a couple hiccoughs where something was forgotten, but it was resolved quickly and without issue. Also, it's great to see companies that do not discriminate based on stupid things like jewelry, hair color, or personality. It may sound like I'm tryna poke at someone, but nah. I really like the variety of people that are willing and able to help and do a great job. Thanks!
