Burgers 2 Beer Concord

Paid $21 plus a tip for an online pick up order which included a burger with a side of sweet potato fries. When I got there, they said it would be a few minutes. Mind you, I arrived at the time it said it would be ready. I waited for 15 minutes. While I was waiting, a very creepy male was sitting at the bar, staring and smirking at me. I told the server I was going to wait in my car since it was taking so long. I thought maybe they had just started my order when I got there. I came back 8 minutes later. The food was ready. The fries were room temperature and soggy. The burger was also room temperature and the bun was soggy. Do better.

Been dining here for about 7 years and the food has always been very good. There have been times where the service was not up to what we were normally used to, but you could see it was normally an under staffing issue and the food was still always good so nothing to worry about. I like supporting local businesses, that way they stay in business and that is good to have around. Now we have not been there for about a month or so with the holidays but I did place an order yesterday thru Burges2Beer's website for me to pick-up. First time ordering food to go, we would normally eat there. I was a bit surprised to see that 2 burgers with fries was $44?? One did have sweet potato fries for what that is worth... but hey maybe the prices went up?? When I got home I found a door dash ticket in the b

Nice little spot off the highway. We stopped for a bite on the way home and were quite happy with the result. It got quieter through the night while there but the atmosphere was great and cleanliness was top notch. There was a lot of options for burgers from your basic to ones with a lot of add-ons. Unlike most places, there was not a ton of salt used evem on the fries and it wasnt overkill on it. Surprising for a burger place. There was a ton of options for beer on tap as well as your usual alcohol options. Our waitress was fairly attentive without being overbearing but was always within earshot to help us. Great place and would definitely go again when back in the area.

First off, I had a double smashburger and it was a pretty good burger. But it had no cheese on it. For a $18 smashburger I figured a slice of American cheese was part of the price. But it turns out it’s a $2 upcharge. LOL what???? Second issue I take exception to is the online ordering portal has prices that are higher than the prices posted on their menu. If I’m going to pay an extra $3 to pick up my own food, I’ll just have someone (DoorDash) deliver it to me It was a carryout order and had no problem with the service. Food was on time and hot. But really turned off that American cheese is a $2 upcharge on a $18 burger (even though website menu says $15….)

Wings. Burgers. Truffle fries. When we arrived we were seated right away, no issue there. The service lacks on a Saturday evening there must’ve been about 2 servers for the entire restaurant and 2 bar tenders which can really slow down the quality of service when you’re trying to accommodate so many people. Our food must’ve taken about 20-25 minutes to come out and when it did, it wasn’t the utmost tasteful. Wings for $18 for 10 was not worth that at all, they were small and dry. I ordered a mocktail, and the club soda seemed to flatten out the taste of the drink. I sent that back, the burger was OK and the fries were cold! 🥶
